I was playing the Thunderstruck II game at Spin Palace Casino and won $8001 on June 11. I withdrew all of that to my bank account. the next day I went in and only 4000 was there so I guess the original was on it's way. I reversed all 4000 on June 12 and lost it all - not too bright. Anyway, I waited and I never received anything. On June 18 I sent them and email and they said it was processed and approved. I sent them a copy of my driver's license even though they did not ask for it. they said it has no effect on my withdrawal. Anyway, several emails later (see attached emails from them) they keep stalling and will not pay. They also said they would keep $510 die to an echeck amount owing (leaving an amount owing of $3491.64 ), which is a lie - I guarantee you there was no questionable anything. I played the game and won the money and that is it. Please see the June 19 email attached - this is what they said :
"Our operations department has released your withdrawal, so it should be released to your preferred payment method within the next 48 hours.
We do not require any account verification documentation at this time."
However, today they said the payment never left the casino and they are looking into it. And tonight they sent me an email (see attached June 22) saying they are trying to verify my identity. See attached email June 21 they sent me about the driver's license I sent them - they already approved my identity.
I just want my $3491.64 that I won legally, even though I know they are withholding $510 for no reason at all.
Based on the way they have acted I think they will never pay me, so it is very discouraging.
