I have made a withdrawal of 10000rupees on dec 27th 2024 at 10:52 pm and following up since 25 days and they says like the withdrawal has been successfully processed and we will inform you through mail. I have submitted my statement and everything to the support team and even they says it has been processed successfully but I can't find my amount.
Later on they have given a UTR number to check with the bank. Do banks hold the money even after processing the withdrawal? What do they get by holding your money?

Everything is fraud and no support team will give the solution just send the automated mails everytime which doesn't even relate to our concern.
