Hi, I have a made deposit of 100,000 INR to dafabet wallet on November 16th,2023.

By the time I made a deposit the dafabet bank account I deposited to ending with HDFC2814 is inactive.(I made many deposits to this account few days ago).

Since the account is inactive they are not crediting the amount to my wallet.

I have sent may mails regarding the same to recover my funds, still they are responding the same.

It's been many days but I have not received any update.

Since the Money is already debited from my bank,my bank is asking me to file a cyber crime complaint against that bank to recover funds.

Please do the needful.

Hi, Dafabet Casino

Since the transaction I have done is on November 16th,2023.
The dafabet transaction history is limited to last 2 months,I can't share the exact the transaction ID.

However I have created a deposit request with the same UTR and attached screenshot on 25 january,2025. Transaction ID : 412714409


Please note I have been sending many emails regarding the same since many months. I have not received any resolution.

I request you please solve my deposit problem on urgent basis.

I have made the deposit on 16th november,2023.

Still I have not received it.

I have shared all the details,screenshot of my payment and all the necessary information required already.

I have sent many mails to customer support regarding the same.

It's been any days since I have not received any update .

My bank is asking the receiver bank statement since the money is already debited from my account with IMPS reference number : 332018194548

If I don't get any solution, My bank is asking me to file a CYBER CRIME to recover funds.

It's been many days already.

If I don't get any solution in the next few days, I'll lodge a CYBER CRIME COMPLAINT.

Hi Dafabet,

I'm getting the same response since many months from customer support.

I'm tired of listening to them.

I hope my concern will be solved in the next few hours.

Otherwise I need to follow my bank suggestion to file a cyber crime complaint to recover the funds.
