I have uploaded my HLV And POA more then 5 times on the my account page since last 3 weeks i have been uploading the documents but its getting declined from your side i dont understand the reason Why ?

i have uploaded my latest bank statement as POA issued within the last 3 months. Why is it getting declined ? Can u explain the reason please ?
