Dafabet Casino - Constantly delaying big €75,000 withdrawal

I open account with Dafabet and play a lot in the casino. I have good luck and make a nice win.

On 19 July 2019 I make withdraw for EUR 75.000

Dafabet do not pay. They ask for documents, and I send my Identification two times and speak on the telephone.

Now Dafabet have sent me email to say that documents are validated. Good, but I am still waiting for the withdraw!

When I contact, they always send same email: "Your withdrawal transaction still on process as per our withdrawal team. We will notify you once withdrawal has been successfull."

I do not like to make complaint, but I think they are waiting for me to play more in casino and lose and this is not fair.

Maybe you can help me, I already contacted you on August 2nd with my problem. I requested my first payment of 2500 Euro on 2 July and had it on my account on 4 July. Later I made nice winnings and would like to have 75.000.- Euro payed out on July 19th which has not worked until today. On my inquiries when I get my money answers are just stalling mails, like:

21.07. Herewith we confirm your payout of 75.000.- The payout is still being checked.
23.07. We are aware of the urgency, but at the moment your payment has to be checked by the payment team.
25.07. Although the account was verified at payment on 04.07, they demand again my documents.
26.07. Your withdrawal request is still being processed.
29.07. Can we call you, this also happened on 30.07. at 00.12 European time. It was Friday, they asked for my name date of birth and nickname
30.07. Confirmation that my ID has now been validated and accepted by the document team, this is required to make withdrawals.
31.07. As it is a big payout, it is still being checked.
04.08. We understand your concerns but our payout team is still checking.
04.08. Your payout is still under review.
04.08. There is no timeframe for this. Once the payout team has reviewed your payout it will be credited to your account.
06.08 We apologize but the payout is still being processed by our payment team.

Meanwhile 45 days have passed and I am still waiting for information when I will get my money or my account will be checked for another 5 years ?
I have another 270.000.- Euro on my account which I am currently not asking for, until the checks are finished. So in reality it's about 345.000.- Euro that are blocked because Dafabet simply pulls the exams or checks into an undefined length.
For me there is only the question when Dafabet pays my profit.
And that they give me a definite answer about the time they need to resolve the issue.
This is wearing me out !

I hope that Dafabet reacts to this complaint and I get some emails with real answers from them, not only the prefabricated cliches.
