Did not paid me for over a month


So I made a withdrawal 7/12/2016, which still hasn't even been processed, still pending. I've tried to e-mail anders­@cr­azy­win­ner­s.com many times, he has answered me some times, but lately I've not gotten any answer out of him. The support in their site said that they have a maximum of 18days for processing the withdrawal, other time I asked, they had maximum of 18 BUSINESS days for processing the withdrawal. I just want to get my 500€.
