I won $400 and wanted to make a withdraw it would be the first withdraw ever so I took pics of my all the info they needed sent it to them then requested a withdraw. I wait about a week and heard nothing so I got no the live chat and was told they never received it. so while on that live chat they told me I can send it now and get approved if it is sent to the manager and gave me another email to send it. well I waited and waited then they tell me I need to sign each form by hand. I didnt feed then bs when I went to make a deposit what is next I thought dam about time I won something and now they keep finding ways to not pay me. I have been left on hold for hours trying to get iffo about my withdraws I been hung up on lied to and ripped off by a coolcat Please beware of this site they will go out of their way to not pay you

According to Coolcat No documents are on file. According to Casino rules, this is a requirement in order for players to cash-out. On 3/7 you were supposed to send them again. Did you send them?
