I have 3 withdrawals pending since 1/12/10. I have received only 1 email reply from Henry in the withdrawal dept. stating that all 3 withdrawals were OK for payout - the casino was just backed up from the holidays. I have sent 14 emails to live chat and the withdrawals dept. All have gone unanswered. I even had the attorney handling my divorce contact them but they told her she needed to email the manager. he has advised me that the legal recovery will be very lengthy, so I am trying to resolve this without her intervention. The withdrawals are as follows (625.00 825.00 AND 700.00). I would appreciate any help you can give me, thanks.
