after my account was empty i took a bonus of 10$ played and lost it, it did leave 10 cents from the 10$ i had accumulated comp points for 58$ called support and asked what can i play with comp points cash and if there is any wagering requirements, it was Peter who answered and said. no. the comp points have no restrictions on it and no wagering requirements, i played some branded games and won 1323.00 i went and tried withdrawing 1200.00 and the auto respond was i can only withdraw 52.00 + dollars i called support again Peter responded and i asked whats the reason for not being able to withdraw all the winnings he said there is a bonus, i said no its the comp points, he took his time and checked and came back and said I removed 10 $ because you still had few cents of the bonus left and now you an withdraw all, i did a 1200$ withdrawal.
i still had some left in the account i kept playing all week and also i did cancel the 1200 $ withdraw to lower my withdraw amount i was out of cash but i kept 850$ from the 1200$ initial withdraw, and that is the amount i am waiting from club gold to send me.
now as for their responds that they have told me that you cant leave anything from a bonus not 1 cent to clear the previous wagering limit well that was on the 28th i did deposit more money to play they automatically gave me a bonus and lost and by error left 1 penny 1 Ccent, then i deposited again with no bonus and i won 250$ and asked for a 100 $ withdraw and was refused by auto respond i called support Andrea answered (claims to be a team supervisor) and said you need more wagering of 450+ dollars because you left that 1 penny from previous deposit, " that was the first time they have told me that. not 1 time during my unlimited consultations making sure i comply with their terms and condition have i been told that not even a penny can be left from a previous deposit with bonus,
and i have all that documented,
i did tell them ill post them on sites as a fraud my frustration hit a real high after waiting for 1 week letting me deposit more money etc.. then all i asked them was i just wana cancel my withdrawal if its not yet credited to my skrill account i was told innocently you withdrawal was declined and nothing can be done till coming Monday !!
