i have had an account with this casino for some time now made a lot of deposits and made a few withdrawls. i used to get a lot of emails with good offers that was until i made a few withdrawls then the emails stopped so i didnt realy bother with the casino for a while then i tried to log into account but the account is blocked. i am reciving this message (account blocked for security reasons) i have sent the casino 5 emails asking why account is blocked but they dont reply. why would a casino do that when i have already had all my docs vertified.my user name at casino is H5R70768512 can askgamblers find this out for me thx

hi askgamblers i have recived an email saying that my complaint will be closed if i dont responed but there is nothing to responed to as glub gold casino have not done any updates as seen in there answer there is nothing i can do as this casino has blocked me from logging into thier casino for no reson thats what the complaint is about

AskGamblers Complaints Team has been provided with enough information and evidence on behalf Club Gold Casino management in regards of this complaint to confirm and justify the casino actions, which are in accordance with their term #3.20

3.20. The Casino reserves the right to close Your Player Account at any time without prior notice and to remit to You the amount standing to the credit of Your Player Account, subject to any withdrawal fees, at the Casino’s absolute discretion and without any obligation to state a reason for this decision.

The player has violated Club Gold Casino term #4.3:

4.3. You shall be courteous to Your fellow players, to Casino staff and in chat rooms at all times and shall not make any offensive or rude remarks in relation to the Casino or its staff, associates or players. Any inappropriate behaviour on Your part which comes to the attention of the Casino may result in the blocking or closure of Your Player Account.

Based on the above, AskGamblers Complaints Team consider this case as Resolved and it is now officially closed. In case of a disagreement with our decision we remind player that further assistance on this matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body.
