Hello Askgamblers and Betat Casino,
My account is closed because of security reasons. I dont understand what it means. I didn't make multiple accounts. I've logged in a week ago without a problem and now they closed my account for this reason. Please help me, i have deposit alot of money on this casino. Can i have it back or what can i do? I dont like this, please tell me why its being closed. I hope u understand what im trying to tell you. This Casino don't want to open my account.

My apoligise for making multiple accounts but ive a reason. I live in a student appartment, we share internet connection with same ip-adress i think. That's why u see multiple accounts but not from the same person. I think there's a housemate of me that registered too. But its not me, i hope u understand what im trying to tell you. It's not that i make multiple accounts. It's the share of internet ip-adress from the same house. Thanks for understanding but i dont wanna break any rules. Ive already proof my identity at your casino and i know its not the same as other person that registered.

Thank you for providing us with this information, however due to the amount of accounts registered on the same address we are obliged to enforce term 5.9 which states that only one account per registered address is allowed.
We understand that your intentions may indeed by genuine, however the possibility of multi-accounting is a concern for our risk department, and they have informed me that their decision to close related accounts is final and not reversible.
We would like to confirm that there are no funds in dispute between yourself and the casino.
