I won £13,800 after depositing £150 and receiving a £150 bonus. I received an email asking me to send my documents for verification and before I could send them received another email saying:
'Please be informed that your account has been flagged for fraudulent behaviour. Due to this, we are required to terminate any direct line of communication with you immediately.
Kindly note that it is also our legal obligation to forfeit any winnings from your account and close your account with immediate effect.
No further correspondence on this matter will be entered into directly with yourself, due to the fraudulent nature of your activity. However, we advise that you raise this case with the Lotteries and Gaming Authority of Malta who will act as the legal mediator between both parties.
We will present our findings to them at their request.'
So with no explanation other than ‘fraudulant activity’ they have closed my account and removed my winnings and refuse to communicate with me. I have not committed any fraudulant activity and don't know how they have come to this conclusion.
