Not willing to pay

Hello. Cleo VIP promised payment of $1100. By 12 September. In writing. They then told me they would process by this weekend. Now they are saying they will process Monday as they are having issues with their processor. Can you please help me determine if they are truly having issues or if they are simply delaying payment? I have copies of the email. Thanks

While expecting my $1300 withdrawal any day now, i go to cleos vip casino website to log in to my account and check my account status, and i am unable to log in. I email the support team and no response... Is this a coincidence since i was to be paid over $1300 any day now? I had no email from them notifying me of any issues and they wont even return my emails inquiring what the issue is.

Original request was made on Jan 22nd 2018, went throught the verification process and everything got approved, then i was told a couple days later that i couldnt get a deposit done into my Capital One account and to either choose a different bank or method, i went with Upaycard and gave them my info for my Upaycard account and they said they sent the information to the department in charge and i should recieve the money to my Upaycard account within 12 business days. as of today, this is the 13th business day since i gave them my Upaycard information and i tried emailing them to get "we will contact the department in charge when they are open again"... i tried earlier today to chat live with them and they said they would email me right back because the department in charge was "in a meeting" and i havent heard back from them yet. please help

I am waiting on a payout of over $1700. They say they have all of my documents and they have been approved. They have told me, more than omce, that it can be 5-12 business days. It has been 14 business days and now I am getting another excuse. They tell me, "We apologize for this unexpected delay. Our area in charge is currently facing some difficulties and the usual process taking longer than expected. If we were to get further updates from them throughout this week, we will let you know as soon as possible through email." So, in other words, they're telling me it won't happen this week and next week I'm sure the excuse will be "because of the Christmas Holiday" which then leads into the "New Years Holiday"! What was wrong with sending it out BEFORE the HOLIDAYS? Like yesterday or the day before? Or on any day after the 5th day? Why do you have to wait until the 12th day and then start giving excuses? And to think that I have bragged about this casino as one that pays and pays within their timeframe. What was I thinking? I am now considering Cleosviproom to be just another slow paying rogue casino! Work on your next excuse!

I surprisingly won a jackpot of $2300 this week. I started the verification process.which requires I give my social security number in a W9 form. This makes no sense since they are not a US casino and won't be reporting to the IRS. The documents have to be hand signed and scanned. I did all of this. They requested various changes to the documents such as my signature or date wasn't written clearly enough. This isn't a complaint yet, but after this experience, I'm concerned that I won't get my winnings in the 5 days they promise. Is there anything I can do to make sure the process goes smoothly. I don't want to work with them much longer. thanks

Hi I’m having a very very frustrating time with Cleo’s vip i am asked over and over again to resubmit my documents first they send me a message that stated they need the required documents to be submitted then i receive an email stating not to message back because they already have my updated paper work so I’m good. Come to find out after resubmitting all my paper work again and again that they banned my account stating i have three accounts how in the heck can i have three accounts when I’ve only one that they should be able to see when i log on and when i request for payout from a single account smh. I’m too frustrated and really upset with Cleo’s vip casino to even think straight. I’ll attach my documents below with every single runaround they are giving me. All i want is my payout request that i payed into and played my money and i won so Cleo’s vip payout stop treating your customers the way your treating them. Some of us take chances to make ends meet while you and others just sit back and rob them not right karma will catch up with you!

I cashed out $2000.00 on March 21, 2017. I had to submit my paperwork to them several times. I was finally emailed stating my cash out will be processed on April 27th. It was not. I was then emailed that it will be process May 11th. It was not. It is now May 31st and they are telling me that the processor is having technical issues and it "might" be next week. I'm guessing this is all a scam. I'm not getting paid. Anyone else out there know where I should file a legal complaint?

I was tood monday May 15 2017 that I would receive my money Thursday may 18th 2017 here it is Friday still no money they claim they sent it to Upay card but I contacted upaycard they said no money has been sent.I even have all the proof conversation with everyone I have talk to they just keep lying telling me it will be in my account after noon I talk with three different people Alfred blocked my account so I cannot chat with them I can only email then they will not give me no proof they sent my money to upaycard but I have a lot of proof and I will provided it on April 23th I won 1219.35 I just want my money please

Hi, how is everyone doing today? I need some help with my withdrawal at Cleo vip room. For some reason my payment has been delayed for quite awhile, and according to them already processed and sent. But I have yet to recieve any sort of payment. I started my withdrwal process at the end of Aug. All required information was completed days after the request. They payment was delayed untill Sept 23, where I received a confirmation email. But never was a payment recieved. I was asked to show proof of the non payment received by sending them copies if my bank statements at the time. It has been over three months now, and I have contacted Cleo support numerous time through email and chats. The normal responses are that the person in charge is looking into my case, or that if they have additional information I will be informed through email. I am not sure what is going on but it is not likely they ever sent the wire. I did ask for the transaction number from them but they never gave no information besides they are still looking into it. I also contacted my bank, and they said that there is no such transaction on my account. The amount is for $140, guess its not important enough for Cleo to spend a little time on, figuring the almost four months duration. As of now, I believe if they cant figuire it out after all this time, they wont. So I am here asking for some help in getting my withdrawal, and see what is the problem. I have several more emails and chats that isnt attached. It is just too many too send, but if you require additional information or proof, please feel free to let me know. Cleos-vip room I signed up I'm a first timer tried the game I won $1950 some of my family tried signing up but was denied due to same ip address , I talked to customer service on cleos they told me one account per ip , ok so they let mine be the only one active so others from family were closed by them we solved that problem. Mine was the 1 open account when I cashed out they told me everything going is fine with my account to give them all my personal information ok I give it wait the 12-15 business days then time to pay me, I opened a bank account for a wire transfer they said ok everything is good Friday we do transfers, Friday came no transfer I reached customer service they brought up that other accounts again on the iphone address , I was told that was solved before I gave personal info, they closed my account told me they will never open it again.all I want is,my winnings or I feel I am going to take legal action please help thank you
