While expecting my $1300 withdrawal any day now, i go to cleos vip casino website to log in to my account and check my account status, and i am unable to log in. I email the support team and no response... Is this a coincidence since i was to be paid over $1300 any day now? I had no email from them notifying me of any issues and they wont even return my emails inquiring what the issue is.

Upon the submitter's last post, it is now obvious that player violated Cleos Vip Room terms#3.4, #3.4.8:
3.4. CLEOS VIP ROOM reserves the right to de-activate Your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notifying You. Subject to a review of the reasons for de-activation, any balance in Your account at the time of such de-activation may be credited to You. In its sole discretion, CLEOS VIP ROOM reserves the right to void any winnings and confiscate any balance from Your account under any of the following conditions:
3.4.8. If two or more accounts are generated under the same household. Only one account per household/computer/IP is allowed.
Based on the above, AskGamblers Complaints Team consider this case as Resolved and it is now officially closed. In case of a disagreement with our decision we remind player that further assistance on this matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body.

I had already won over $1300 when my wife, not knowing more than 1 person from one household could not have an account, signed up for her own account. HERS should be closed, not mine. I did nothing wrong. I signed up for an account and won, u asked for numerous documents and tax forms and I complied. How can I be punished for someone elses actions?
