Withdrawal nightmare
Hi I’m having a very very frustrating time with Cleo’s vip i am asked over and over again to resubmit my documents first they send me a message that stated they need the required documents to be submitted then i receive an email stating not to message back because they already have my updated paper work so I’m good. Come to find out after resubmitting all my paper work again and again that they banned my account stating i have three accounts how in the heck can i have three accounts when I’ve only one that they should be able to see when i log on and when i request for payout from a single account smh. I’m too frustrated and really upset with Cleo’s vip casino to even think straight. I’ll attach my documents below with every single runaround they are giving me. All i want is my payout request that i payed into and played my money and i won so Cleo’s vip payout stop treating your customers the way your treating them. Some of us take chances to make ends meet while you and others just sit back and rob them not right karma will catch up with you!
