Hello. Cleo VIP promised payment of $1100. By 12 September. In writing. They then told me they would process by this weekend. Now they are saying they will process Monday as they are having issues with their processor. Can you please help me determine if they are truly having issues or if they are simply delaying payment? I have copies of the email. Thanks
