Cleo's Vip Room not paying

I submitted a withdrawal request on 4/08/14 and waited the dreaded 12 business days for it to be processed. I was happy I managed not to reverse the withdrawal. I got the congratulations email telling me my money would be here in 5 to 7 days. Then on Friday of last week I got another email very apologetic they are having processor problems, and they gave me a 50.00 bonus for my trouble but did not tell me when I would be paid. Can you please help me get my money?
