depositing issues
in the past seven months I have been trying to make a deposit at cleos vip room an keep getting denied, I have been a customer there for along time an a loyal depsoiter with no problem depositing until seven months ago, the cc info page tells me to keep trying I must have made a mistake in entering my cc onfo or there is a problem with my card or bank. well I have talked to my bank on several times in the past days an mths. an there is no problem with my card or acct. when I talk to cleos customer service or chat or email them there support keep saying its me not them. on the cc page there is obvious errors for example next to the card holders name thee is a check mark with a circle around it an next to that there is a question mark when you put your curser on the question mark it is suppose to say this is where your name goes but it doesn't say that , it says to input the digits on the front of your card . that is an error an like most cc onfo pages if there is an error on the page the transaction wont go any further than the cc info page. I have pointed this out to customer service chat an support an I get the same answers over an over again, saying that they checked it out an it must be my mistake an I should use a different card. well I don't have different cards to use , so I went an got a different cc the next day an does the same thing, so I got support an told them an again it was the same answer must be me, I have used the same card since I opened an acct. with cleos over year ago an never had this problem til they changed there processors an I told them this but again same answer from them. sometimes I don't even think they even care when they just give me this saying it must be me, I have spent a lot of money there an by the way I love this casino, but I feel like just screaming at them to get them to listen to me of how it is declining my depsoits, by the way when I talked to them on the phone they also keep saying that it doesn't even show that im trying to make a deposit with them, that's when I keep saying to them about the page on the cashier not being or looking right an still processes all the info when it should not when you have not even entered the cc info yet so something is not right an they just wont listen. Also if you notice when you post messages on cleos facebook page that doesn't give them praise they delet it an wont let you post or comment on there page anymore... can someone please help me with this situation , all I want to do is deposit an play, I don't want to have to do this all the time, just if they would help me get this straintened out along with a lot of othere people having same problems as iam.
