Waiting on a €1,050 payment since March
Hello, I am writing to you believing that you are the only organization that can solve the failed payment situation since 24.03.2022. I applied for payment on 24.03.2022, but I realized that I could not receive the payment within a week and contacted live support. They said that there was a confusion, they refunded the money to my game account and asked me to repeat the process. As a result, I repeated the process on 10.04.2022. After 15 days of waiting and not being able to see my money in my bank account, I applied for live support again. Again they said there was a mess and asked me to repeat the process. I repeated the process on 25.04.2022. I've been waiting for the money to be deposited in my bank account for exactly 12 days now, but I have no hope. They asked me for my bank statement many times, I sent it. They are not responding to my emails either. I am very sad and disappointed, please help me. The money I will receive is 1050 EUR and this is very important to me.
