Prism Casino - Casino places bets for me

posted on August 16, 2015.

I joined Prismcasino today and decided to try it out with a no deposit bonus, luckelly I managed to get through the wagering and even made 250$ real money. I contacted customer support reagrding a payout and there was a minimum of 100$ so that was fine. (I would have never let my balance get under 100$ just to get a free payout!)
I decided to play a little more (blackjack) and that went pretty wel ( 5$ and 10$) bets. When the game jammed and i had to reconect somehow someone managed to play for me and the game suddenly started wagering high/max bets, i even saw a popup at one time that i tried to wager over 100$ when my funds were insuff. I tried to logout but the buttons in the game were "frozen", i even contacted cust. Support during the time someone was playing for me. When i finally managed to get cust. Support, my balance was 0,00 and I told the rep. what was going on. He immediatly got defensive and left the chat, stating that this couldn't be... 😓
I've played online casino's for quit some time now and saw many weird stuff, but never encountered a casino that really cheats and plain simple plunders your account.
I even asked the rep to check my history (he would have seen i only bet 5/10$ a hand, in stead of 25-50-100) but that was not an option....

This is pure theft!

Never play at Prism again!

Hi Wolbolletje,

First, I need to be EMPHATICALLY clear that NO company employees (INCLUDING Management) have access to any customers passwords. There is ZERO possibility of anyone within our company accessing yours or any other players accounts.

We’ve looked into your game logs and NO third parties ever accessed your account. The only access to this account came directly via the IP address which matches your registered information.

More to this, you’ve had four playing sessions:

You began playing 8/16/2015 at 5:39 AM, with a $0 balance. You took the PRISM30 bonus and ended the session at 6:50 AM with a balance of $100. You then came back at 8:49 and restarted the session with that $100 balance and then closed your session with a balance of $136.91 at 9:25 AM. You immediately came back within the same minute and began this session with the same $136.91 balance and you played until 11:46 AM, leaving the session with a balance of $.24. You came back immediately and closed the console at 12:47 PM with the $0.24 balance.

I asked management to pull up your chat sessions—two were found, but only one referred to what you are claiming. In this, you stated that the blackjack bets “ncreased by the second and card were drawn or standed without pressing any button? I couldn’t even use the ‘return to lobby’ button.”

You’ve stated our support representative ‘immediately (sic) got defensive’, but this is patently untrue. He was patient and explained that what you were claiming was not possible. Conversely, you became agitated and were somewhat verbally abusive in your responses to our rep. We have the entire chat log which I’m happy to forward on to Ask Gamblers for review, should they want verification on this.

Last but not least, we did go through your play logs. Yes, you did increase the bet size, however, this was on YOUR behalf—not the software. The game system is simply not able to play the games by itself and cannot increase your bets. It’s technically not possible.

Wrapping things up, there was NO third party involvement, our representative handled this correctly and professionally and lastly, you raised your bets on your own.

Again, I’m happy to present all evidence to the management at Ask Gamblers at their request.
