Withdrawal requests are not yet approved

Hi Team,

I submitted withdrawal requests on 15th and 16th Aug. Still not yet approved for processing. I have checked with the support team and always says escalated to the team. For 5 days no update... what is the process to get my money.

This is my first withdrawal request. I am using this for one month. Am I cheated by them. Please review and let me know the status.

As an additional explanation please also note that the processing of your withdrawal requests took longer than the standard 24/48 hours due to the fact that you have previously reached the daily withdrawal limits : see Terms and Conditions (Section 8) Payment of winnings

Depending on the withdrawal method used, the withdrawal funds can take up to 3 days to be processed and paid out by your Bank Provider

In case the funds fail to reach your Account in the given time frame please contact us back so that we can investigate this further for you.
