Withdrawal not working

I’m having an ongoing issue with Casino Days, and I’m hoping someone here can help or at least give me some advice. Yesterday, I tried to withdraw $500 using Interac, but every time I submitted the withdrawal, it was rejected and the money was immediately sent back into my casino balance. I haven’t received any explanation from the support team, and this situation is becoming extremely frustrating.

I’ve double-checked all my information — my banking details are correct, and I have met all wagering requirements. There are no pending bonuses or restrictions that should prevent me from making a withdrawal. Despite this, the withdrawal keeps failing without any clear reason.

So far, I’ve only received generic replies saying that my request was “declined” without further detail. They have not given me any concrete answer or guidance on what I should do next.

It’s disappointing because I’ve deposited and played responsibly, and now that I want to withdraw my winnings, I can't.
