Issues with withdrawal after verification

I recently won 18,000$ playing slots. I have been trying to withdrawal my funds and am getting no where.

They originally asked me to verify my account, which was done last week, I received an email from them advising I was fully verified. I requested a new withdrawal after being verified. This morning I was asked to send in the same documents as originally uploaded and 1 extra (selfie with my ID). I then get another email from their support team advising my account is fully verified but they had to cancel my withdrawal because I needed to change my password? The email stated once done, let us know and I can re request the withdrawal. I have changed passwords and now I go to withdrawal and it says my account is temporarily restricted from making withdrawals.

I am just wanting to be able to withdrawal my winnings… I have never deposited using a bonus.
