Casino didnt close account upon request and declined refund
I asked the casino to close my account. They answered and didn’t do it upon request but instead offered other measures to control gambling. I repeated my request and they ignored it. Their T&C clearly states that they should act immediately upon those requests.
After that I deposited and lost 494 euros which I asked as refund. They claimed that I hadn’t submitted my request. I delivered them the proof, also with their answer. After that they have become completely unresponsive to my emails.
