I have been trying to withdrawal my money for 6 days. I have been contacting the live chat and it’s doing absolutely nothing. Still processing my withdrawal which it says with take 24-48 hours. And it’s been way more. Keeps saying it’s with the relevance team. I just have no way of contacting Casino Days and want answers where my money is. It is a very large amount of money (20,000.88 CAD). I just want my money in my bank account please and thank you!

Hello,

I understand all of that but why is it taking this long? It’s just really sketchy that it is taking this long and all you guys are telling me is that it’s under review. It’s been under review for almost 2 weeks??

I just hope you understand my frustration in this. And the lack of communication on your teams part is very unfair and disappointing. If I would not have reached out on here I would have no clue what was going on with MY money.

Like is there something I need to verify or a number I can call to reach the review team and talk with them. Because I have read a lot online and I know you guys are sketchy when it comes to withdrawals like this.

I spoke with Ontario Igaming and told me to contact you over email and I’m getting no answer.

It has been since May 4th 2025 I have been waiting for this money. It is now May 13th. Almost 10 days. This is ridiculous.

Withdrawal not received for 12 days

I have been trying to contact them for the last 12 days.

I received a confirmation of withdrawal on 12th May 2026 and 13th May 2026.

I haven’t received any withdrawal till now (23 May 2026). And they always say that withdrawal is in process and it will take some time. What kind of behaviour is this? How long should I wait? 10000INR on 12th May 2026 and 20000INR on 13th May 2026.

I need immediate action against this.

I have attached both screenshots of the withdrawal confirmation. But I didn’t receive any funds from these two withdrawals.

I am submitting an official complaint against Casino Days.

My account has been blocked since December 26. Casino Days is currently holding $8,000 in cash. Both my withdrawals and deposits are blocked. No valid reason or written explanation has been provided.

Despite several attempts to contact customer support, I have received no satisfactory response and no clear timeframe for resolution.

Relevant facts:

Account fully verified (KYC completed);

Casino Days terms and conditions respected;

No justification provided for blocking withdrawals and deposits.

My funds have been inaccessible since December 26 and my account remains unusable. I am requesting AskGamblers’ assistance to obtain:

UPI Deposit Not Credited for Over a Week Despite Successful Payment

I deposited ₹10,000 via UPI to Casinodays and the payment was successfully received by their merchant. However, the funds have still not been credited to my Casinodays account even after more than a week.

I contacted support multiple times, but instead of resolving the issue they continue to send generic responses that lead nowhere. My tickets remain open with no proper investigation or update. Recent ticket IDs for reference: #7755361 and #7736084.

If Casinodays can accept deposits instantly, there is no valid reason for holding the credited balance for days without resolution. This is extremely stressful and feels like my money is being withheld without justification.

I am requesting AskGamblers to assist in ensuring that my ₹10,000 deposit is credited to my account immediately, without further delays or excuses.

Withdrawal not working

I’m having an ongoing issue with Casino Days, and I’m hoping someone here can help or at least give me some advice. Yesterday, I tried to withdraw $500 using Interac, but every time I submitted the withdrawal, it was rejected and the money was immediately sent back into my casino balance. I haven’t received any explanation from the support team, and this situation is becoming extremely frustrating.

I’ve double-checked all my information — my banking details are correct, and I have met all wagering requirements. There are no pending bonuses or restrictions that should prevent me from making a withdrawal. Despite this, the withdrawal keeps failing without any clear reason.

So far, I’ve only received generic replies saying that my request was “declined” without further detail. They have not given me any concrete answer or guidance on what I should do next.

It’s disappointing because I’ve deposited and played responsibly, and now that I want to withdraw my winnings, I can't.

Withdrawal keeps being cancelled and refunded back to casino account

I have tried multiple times to withdraw my winnings. First it got succeded but refunded to my casino account due to «technical issues» then it happened over and over again. After a while I was told to verify my bank statememts for my jeton bank, which I did successfully, then once again it keeps being cancelled and I tried to talk with customer support which keeps saying they will email me and look it up but nothing happens. I just want to withdraw. They also told me to use a different payment system which I did, but yet again failed to withdraw, problems keep coming up and it does not get solved, days are going by and I am never told what the real issue is, got an email I was successfully verified but once again failed to withdraw. I even talked with customer support which said my withdrawal was successfully transferred, but it was just re transferred to my casino account.

Please help all I want is to withdraw this successfully. The amount of all this is at 8700EUR

Issues with withdrawal after verification

I recently won 18,000$ playing slots. I have been trying to withdrawal my funds and am getting no where.

They originally asked me to verify my account, which was done last week, I received an email from them advising I was fully verified. I requested a new withdrawal after being verified. This morning I was asked to send in the same documents as originally uploaded and 1 extra (selfie with my ID). I then get another email from their support team advising my account is fully verified but they had to cancel my withdrawal because I needed to change my password? The email stated once done, let us know and I can re request the withdrawal. I have changed passwords and now I go to withdrawal and it says my account is temporarily restricted from making withdrawals.

I am just wanting to be able to withdrawal my winnings… I have never deposited using a bonus.

Casino didnt close account upon request and declined refund

I asked the casino to close my account. They answered and didn’t do it upon request but instead offered other measures to control gambling. I repeated my request and they ignored it. Their T&C clearly states that they should act immediately upon those requests.

After that I deposited and lost 494 euros which I asked as refund. They claimed that I hadn’t submitted my request. I delivered them the proof, also with their answer. After that they have become completely unresponsive to my emails.

I have deposited 3000 inr and win 8750 inr then I ask for withdrawal of 8750 . They said withdrawal is approved and bank will give me within 3 - 5 days. Now they refund it back saying there is technical issue . They told me to resubmit my withdrawal, I did and again they refund back saying technical issue and then I resubmit a withdrawal of 6000 inr and till now it's not sent out. I don't know wat to do. There support staff is like a bot. All they sent is just same emails. I don't know what the problem is.

I have added 800rs amount to casino days. Amount debited from my bank account but still the issue is not resolved. I have mailed to casino days customer support team. They have ask me the transaction id and screenshot. I have shared but still now my issue not resolved.

Delayed verification process

I had registered in casino days in July 2024 and deposited around INR 2.5 lakhs since then. After accumulating the winnings when I tried to withdraw the winnings, I was asked to verify my account. I submitted all the requested documents on 27-07-2024 and I did not hear anything from the casino till 30-07-2024 which is 3 days after submission of the documents while the casino claims the standard timeline for verification is 24 to 48 hrs. I then submitted all the documents again as requested by casino on 30-07-2024 and again I was asked to submit additional documents by casino on 03-08-2024 which I submitted the same day. It has been more than 72 hrs now and I have no update from the casino despite of writing them multiple mails.

I would request Ask gamblers to intervene here and get my account verified at the earliest so that I can withdraw the winnings.

I feel absolutely cheated by the casino that they do not ask for verification at the time of depositing money, however when the player tries to withdraw the winnings the casino needs verification.
