I have been trying to withdrawal my money for 6 days. I have been contacting the live chat and it’s doing absolutely nothing. Still processing my withdrawal which it says with take 24-48 hours. And it’s been way more. Keeps saying it’s with the relevance team. I just have no way of contacting Casino Days and want answers where my money is. It is a very large amount of money (20,000.88 CAD). I just want my money in my bank account please and thank you!

Hello,
I understand all of that but why is it taking this long? It’s just really sketchy that it is taking this long and all you guys are telling me is that it’s under review. It’s been under review for almost 2 weeks??
I just hope you understand my frustration in this. And the lack of communication on your teams part is very unfair and disappointing. If I would not have reached out on here I would have no clue what was going on with MY money.
Like is there something I need to verify or a number I can call to reach the review team and talk with them. Because I have read a lot online and I know you guys are sketchy when it comes to withdrawals like this.
I spoke with Ontario Igaming and told me to contact you over email and I’m getting no answer.
It has been since May 4th 2025 I have been waiting for this money. It is now May 13th. Almost 10 days. This is ridiculous.
