UPI Deposit Not Credited for Over a Week Despite Successful Payment

I deposited ₹10,000 via UPI to Casinodays and the payment was successfully received by their merchant. However, the funds have still not been credited to my Casinodays account even after more than a week.

I contacted support multiple times, but instead of resolving the issue they continue to send generic responses that lead nowhere. My tickets remain open with no proper investigation or update. Recent ticket IDs for reference: #7755361 and #7736084.

If Casinodays can accept deposits instantly, there is no valid reason for holding the credited balance for days without resolution. This is extremely stressful and feels like my money is being withheld without justification.

I am requesting AskGamblers to assist in ensuring that my ₹10,000 deposit is credited to my account immediately, without further delays or excuses.

They haven’t returned or credited my payment yet, they started a new drama now “ payment has not been received “ I have all the evidences from casinodays payment page screenshots to my bank statement videos, this is totally a fraud being done by casinodays.

It is still neither credited to the casino account nor refunded to my bank account and now it is 28-11-2025.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Please rest assured that your case has been fully escalated, and we are actively following up with the payment providers.
Sometimes their responses can be slower than expected, but we are in continuous communication with them.

We’ve been informed that there may be a reversal of the funds within the next 7 banking days, or possibly even by tomorrow at the latest. We have also sent an additional reminder to one of the providers to speed things up.

Additionally, we received confirmation from FXMB that your transaction was declined on their side and is expected to be refunded by the end of 27/11.
