Withdrawal not received for 12 days

I have been trying to contact them for the last 12 days.

I received a confirmation of withdrawal on 12th May 2026 and 13th May 2026.

I haven’t received any withdrawal till now (23 May 2026). And they always say that withdrawal is in process and it will take some time. What kind of behaviour is this? How long should I wait? 10000INR on 12th May 2026 and 20000INR on 13th May 2026.

I need immediate action against this.

I have attached both screenshots of the withdrawal confirmation. But I didn’t receive any funds from these two withdrawals.

I didn’t received funds yet. They are making me fool every day. They always say that they are working on it and it’s almost 20 days and still not resolved this case. I think they don’t want to work on it and they always make me fool that they are working to resolve this case. Always same answer but not any positive response. Please tell me exact date when i will receive my funds. Thats it.
