Withdrawal keeps being cancelled and refunded back to casino account

I have tried multiple times to withdraw my winnings. First it got succeded but refunded to my casino account due to «technical issues» then it happened over and over again. After a while I was told to verify my bank statememts for my jeton bank, which I did successfully, then once again it keeps being cancelled and I tried to talk with customer support which keeps saying they will email me and look it up but nothing happens. I just want to withdraw. They also told me to use a different payment system which I did, but yet again failed to withdraw, problems keep coming up and it does not get solved, days are going by and I am never told what the real issue is, got an email I was successfully verified but once again failed to withdraw. I even talked with customer support which said my withdrawal was successfully transferred, but it was just re transferred to my casino account.

Please help all I want is to withdraw this successfully. The amount of all this is at 8700EUR
