Withdrawal problem
Hi Askgamblers!
I made withdrawal request(600&300e) Casino days 10.6.using brite payment. After that I get email, for a verifying documents, which I send. 11.6 they approved my documents.
I look at my casino page history, and my withdrawal was ok, and done. I wait till Sunday 13.6, but no money on my bank account.
I get touch casino support,and asking what might be problem. They say that money should be in my bank 1-2day. Nothing happened. I try to ask again few times, and after all they say that my case is escalated to the relevant department. I ask yesterday is there any progress on my case, but chat dont know nothing..
Can AskGamblers help me with this case? Today is a 2 weeks later, and I still waiting for my money.
