Withdrawal problem


Hi Askgamblers!

I made withdrawal reques­t(6­00&300e) Casino days 10.6.using brite payment. After that I get email, for a verifying documents, which I send. 11.6 they approved my documents.

I look at my casino page history, and my withdrawal was ok, and done. I wait till Sunday 13.6, but no money on my bank account.

I get touch casino support,and asking what might be problem. They say that money should be in my bank 1-2day. Nothing happened. I try to ask again few times, and after all they say that my case is escalated to the relevant department. I ask yesterday is there any progress on my case, but chat dont know nothing..

Can AskGamblers help me with this case? Today is a 2 weeks later, and I still waiting for my money.

The player has requested his withdrawal on June 10th. The first withdrawal amount was 600 EUR, and the second withdrawal amount was 300 EUR.
The option that this player used for registration and withdrawal was Pay and Play (which means that the withdrawal should be automatically approved and processed by the system itself), and it was launched only a few days previously on the site

To be more precise the player requested his 1st withdrawal in the amount of 600 EUR on June 10th, at 21:16, and it was processed from our side 14 minutes later.
The second withdrawal in the amount of 300 EUR was requested on June 10th at 21:31, and it was processed at 21:45 (again around 14 minutes later)
Both withdrawal requests were automatically processed by the system, and the player was supposed to receive the funds up to 2 business days after processing
However, the funds didn't reach the player in that time frame and he contacted back.

So in this case we had two transactions that were successfully paid from our side, but the player claimed that he didn't receive the funds. Due to that, we have contacted the Payment Provider but we had to wait for confirmation from their side that the funds never reached the player's Bank Account. That confirmation was received on June 29th, and on the very same day 900 EUR were credited to the player and were successfully withdrawn by himself a few hours later

Given the fact that we are constantly working on improving our services and involving new fast and secure payment options(for deposits and withdrawals), as it was at that time with the new Pay and Play option used by this player we also continued with further investigation, and thanks to these two withdrawals, and the player himself we have discovered a minor technical issue when automatically paid withdrawals get stuck in the system and we see them as paid but they never reach the player's Bank Account.
After resolving this player's query and returning his funds, the technical issue was also instantly handled.

Once again our sincere apologies to the player for all of the inconvenience caused and gratitude for his patience.
