I applied for a withdrawal on 19 April on casinodays, but till now I did not get my withdrawal in my bank account. I message them, then they say you will get your amount but I do not get my money. Then I send them my bank details for checking many times now they are not responding. I am sending you my bank statement for this problem, please help.

Please note that unfortunately, we can't make any additional checks of the transaction unless you provide us with the requested Bank Statement ** **105901******since that's the only way we can confirm to the Provider your claims that the withdrawal wasn't received
