Withdrawal denied multiple times

I requested for a withdrawal three times and they cancel it again and again. I asked them to do the document verification and they replied back to me saying that it is not required at this time. They asked me to send my bank details correctly which I did and event sent them an email with all the details required to make a bank deposit.

On the 19th I sent them all the details and on 20th they reverted back saying that the withdrawal is successful and I will receive INR 25000 in next three days time.

Two days later the money shows up again on my casino days account.

They are harassing me to get my own money. I am sharing the screenshots of the mail and my transaction page. Request you to please look into the same.

The withdrawal for the player was canceled twice by the Provider due to incorrect bank account info entered. (first on Jan 20th, and the second time on Jan 22nd)
Both times the player was informed and instructed to enter the correct bank account information while requesting a withdrawal
We have contacted the player twice and we have sent him emails with additional instructions.
Both times when the withdrawal was canceled his funds were credited back to his Casino Days Account right away.
On Jan 24th the player requested a new withdrawal in the same amount(25000 INR) but this time he followed the instructions and entered the correct Bank Account details.
After this withdrawal was requested we have processed it right away.
No verification was ever requested from this player.

This complaint has been reopened as per Casino Days request and the AskGamblers Complaint Team would like to give it one more try and help both parties involved into the dispute reach a satisfactory resolution.

They again sent me an email with successful note and again today the withdrawal got cancelled. They are scamming their customers big time.
