I have done withdrawal amount 35820 INR. On date- 18/05/2022.but till time not received payment to my account. I send to mail casino day. You ask me to bank statement. We also provide my bank statement. But after providing bank statements further reply from casino day your withdrawal successful from our side. we have proof my bank statement to casino, but not he will seriously to pay my fund. I also attached copy of my bank statement.

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, and mostly upon receiving evidence that payment in question indeed got paid to the player's account ending in 6389, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Casino Days management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.
In addition, the AskGamblers Complaint Team maintains zero tolerance towards players trying to abuse our complaint service and not using it in a good faith. Therefore, we made the decision to reject this complaint and to impose a permanent ban on the player to use our services from now on.
We have checked your withdrawal request multiple times with the Payment Provider and we can firmly confirm that your withdrawal in the amount of 35820 INR was successfully paid from our side on May 18th.
Due to that, although the funds should have already been with you, you have claimed the transaction as missing so we have requested an updated Bank Statement from your side for an additional check to be completed
Unfortunately, you have stated that you don't have any Bank Account ending **XXXX(numbers covered so that your Privacy can be protected) and until this moment you still haven't provided us with the requested Bank Statement (the Bank Statement you have submitted is not the one under which this withdrawal was requested)
We have double-checked all of the available info which you have provided the moment you have requested your withdrawal and we can confirm that the withdrawal request was made from a Bank Account under your name and that from our side the funds were successfully paid on May 18th to the same Bank Account under which the withdrawal was requested
Please note that unfortunately, we can't make any additional checks of the transaction unless you provide us with the requested Bank Statement **XXXX since that's the only way we can confirm to the Provider your claims that the withdrawal wasn't received
