I have submitted all the documents asked by the casino. They stated that they will revert in 24 to 48 hours but its already 14 days passed since I first updated my documents. After taking a consistent follow up they mailed me for more documents and I have uploaded those documents also. Its nearly 6 days past since I updated the new documents. But even after 6 days when i inquire about verification all I get as a reply is "please wait sir, It takes time to review and verify".
Also It is stated on the website that it won't take more than 48 hours to verify your account.

However, although the player sent the documents, all of the received documents were re-requested(reason stated below):
The ID was missing, the Proof of Address was a screenshot of very low quality and the Credit Card wasn't signed
The player re-sent documents on Feb 4th and the verification was completed on Feb 7th. There was a delay from the standard time frame (of 24/48 hours) of 1 day but on the other hand as compensation for the delay the withdrawal for this player was processed right after the verification was completed (the standard time frame for WD processing is up to 12h )
After the verification was completed up until today no additional documents were requested from the player and since then he had 9 successful withdrawals
