I am submitting an official complaint against Casino Days.
My account has been blocked since December 26. Casino Days is currently holding $8,000 in cash. Both my withdrawals and deposits are blocked. No valid reason or written explanation has been provided.
Despite several attempts to contact customer support, I have received no satisfactory response and no clear timeframe for resolution.
Relevant facts:
Account fully verified (KYC completed);
Casino Days terms and conditions respected;
No justification provided for blocking withdrawals and deposits.
My funds have been inaccessible since December 26 and my account remains unusable. I am requesting AskGamblers’ assistance to obtain:
a written explanation from Casino Days, and
the release of the $8,000 or restoration of normal account access.
