Problems with withdrawals at Casino Days
First of all, the casino is ok. They have a lot of games, I personally missing some providers, for example, hacksaw, but that's fair.
I deposited raw money and ground my balance up. I've verified my profile, it took almost a month because I did not get answered by email. I contacted the live chat after a couple of weeks, and we fixed it together easily. So that ok.
I also withdraw once, that was no problem, it took a day or so.
Then, I suddenly won more, and I'm trying to withdraw them. This wasn't as easy as I thought.
Requested two withdrawals on Friday 14th January 2022, and they are still pending. They first told me 24 hours, but it can take up to 48hours. That's for me ok. Then the 48h passed and I've contacted the live chat many times. Every customer agent says different reasons why the payment is delayed.
Then they ask me to be patient every time I speak with them. Suddenly they say it can take up to 72h, because of big amounts.
Then I contacted them multiple times today 17th January 2022, and then they say I need to wait a few more days. That's in my eyes, unfair.
They are probably just waiting for me to cancel the withdraws and lose the winnings again. I'm not that person, so it won't work.
I have screenshots of every chat, and as you can see. They say different reasons for every single agent.
I'm now tired of this, so I'm bringing the case in here, to probably solve it.
When it's so easy to deposit, it should be quite easy to withdraw as well, especially when the account is fully verified.
Me aș a person does not see this as "fair". Gambling is fair, when you lose, you lose, but if you win, you should definitely get your winnings.
