Not giving withdrawal for two weeks

Casino Days is not processing my withdrawal (amount of 125000 INR )... I am waiting for the last two weeks...

They are simply informing we have escalated your issue to the relevant department and saying we have no update on this.

I need help from Askgamblers. I have contacted them many times on the same issue.
