Non receipt of withdrawal in PAYTM account since 27 July 2022

I applied for withdrawal of INR 1600 on 27 July 2022 to “Casino Days”. The mode of payment applied by me was PAYTM – it is the same through which I had made the initial payment to Casino Days. The helpline of the casino informed me that the withdrawal will be credited to my account in 3 to 5 days. When I did not get it in 5 days, they asked me to wait for one more day. I waited for 2 more days. On contacting them again they advised me to escalate the matter by sending an email to support@casinodays.com. I sent the first mail on 4th August and it was acknowledged stating “we would like to acknowledge that we have received your request and a ticket has been created with the following ID: 86586”.
However, I did not receive the amount. Then I again sent an email on 8th Aug. To this mail, on 09 August, they replied "Kindly note that the payment provider has updated us the withdrawal was successful and you should check with your bank if you are still missing the funds". They also told me "I would kindly ask you to check your spam/junk folder on your e-mail address and look for an e-mail sent from the provider Interac/ Gigadat with a password." I checked my email including spam and junk but had not received any email from Interac/ Gigadat. I also sent them a copy of the PAYTM statement as proof that the payment has not been received. Since then I have sent them 2 emails - the last being on 13 August 2022 but they have not replied.
Thus, I have not received the payment even after 20 days of applying for withdrawal.
I will be very grateful if you could kindly get me the withdrawal amount.
