My deposit still not received
I am From India and it's been over 20 Days.
I Deposit 1 Lac Indian Rupee To Casino Days On 11 April.
The Amount Debited From My Account But It Don't Credit in Casino Days Account Yet I am Continuously Trying To Contact With Casino Days Team But Haven't Giving Me Satisfactory Reason.
First They asked me to provide bank statement. I provide them 2-3 time. Then They Said It Will Refund back to my Bank account in 7 days, but now it been over 20 Days now they are saying that they don't receive funds.
I contact to my Bank they the transaction was successfully transferred. I provide them every proof. Still i don't get my refund.
Plese Help Me to solve this case.
Please you contact to casino Days and ask them for bank statement of their Payment Provider. So that I can share that statement to my Bank for further investigation. I have everything and every proof. If you need anything else please contact me via mail.
