Missing deposits since April
On 23 April 2022 I Deposit two 10000 rupees use PHONE PE UPI to my casino days account, all two transaction was successful and amount got debited from my bank account but deposit of INR two 10000 rupees both was not reflected back in casino days account.
I contacted customer support immediately and they said "transaction was unsuccessful at our side it will be refunded back to my bank account in 7-14 days" but still its not deposited to casino days account or my bank account, so I contacted them again and this time they asked for bank statement from which I immediacy sent on casino days account email.
Problem is still pending from last two months, my amount is not refunded or not added back into casino days account. There is no update after contacting many times to casino days live chat support but not taking any effort to solve this issue .
I need money urgently for hospital purpose but casino days team not solve this case so, I ask AskGamblers team to look into this and hopefully my problem will get resolved soon.
@CASINO DAYS team I was happy customer of yours but with this experience I am very disappointed with service and support.
