I have an account on casino days and my mail ID for this site is habkesÂ027Â@gmÂail.com.I have deposited 500 inr on 20/02/2023. My payment is successful by my side but not credited to my gaming account. I have contacted support team said that i have to wait. But today they told me that my money is missing. Please check attached documents, i feels very embarrassing and i suffering a lot for my money, they nothing give me, just waste of money, so please give me justice, if possible.

After a complete investigation of your case, we can confirm the following:
You contacted our Support Team on Feb 21st stating that you are missing a 500 INR transaction from 20/2/2023 from the registered e-mail address you shared above( ***kes0**@gmail.com )
Following your original complaint, our Team contacted the Provider multiple times in the last few months, until we received a final confirmation that there was no such transaction made from your registered Casino Days account.
Our additional review of your account revealed, however, that you had created a duplicate account on our site that was automatically closed because of a breach of Section 3.5 of the Terms and Conditions, and that the deposit was made from that account (SS of our claims submitted):
3.5 Should we believe, in our sole and absolute discretion, that you have registered and/or used more than one account with us in contravention of clause ‎3.5, we may restrict, suspend and/or permanently close any and/or all such accounts, withhold any winnings linked to said accounts and levy an administration charge for dealing with the same.
As a result of the above, and due to the violation of our Terms and Conditions, the newly registered account will remain permanently closed and no additional investigation will be conducted regarding the transaction made from that account.
Nevertheless, as an act of goodwill on our part, the original Casino Days account has been credited with a 500 INR bonus (x1 wagering requirement) while the investigation was ongoing, and we weren't aware that you have made a breach in the T&C. That being said we consider your complaint unfounded
