Failed deposit is not refunded


Hi, my name is < full name removed >. I DEPOSITED 2000 INR on 23 October 2022 through UPI. But amount is not credited to my account.

UPI id is 229626491675.

They said that deposit failed and refund should be credited back into my account within 4 to 5 days. But that day never came.

Actually problem is that I sent all the details to suppor­t@c­asi­nod­ays.com. They said that you will receive your refund on 7/11/2022. But my funds are being received. Then they told me that you will receive refund on 11/11/2022. But refund is not received. They told me that refund is received 15/11/2022 by the end of the day. But still now refund is not received. 22 days are gone. I have sent hundreds of mail but they always said that Refund will be received on that day. They only do fake promises.

I have deposit screenshots and email chats. I have all the proof against them. Please help me. I have attached email chat and deposit screenshot. Please check.
