Don't get withdrawal

Tried to do a withdrawal of 922NOK to my cryptowallet 29.March 2022. Got rejected. Asked the chat why. They asked me if I was aware that they paid me a withdrawal 2 times the month before. This is not true ( I checked my bankaccount). Tried to make a withdrawal one more time, this time to my bank account. Got accepted, but didnt get it to my bank-account. I asked on email why I didnt get them. They said that they had been sent. I asked for proof that they had been sent to my bank-account. They asked for pictures of my passport. Sent them my passport and haven`t heard anything from them after that. Now I got an amount into my casinodays account which is the amount I was gonna withdraw 29.March minus the amount they said they paid me 2 times.

I see now that it is correct that i got payed 2 times in October and November. They guy on chat told me it was the month before. Thats why i didnt find it. I didn`t notice it in November. And its not my fault that the casino make a mistake and pay me two times. So i dont think i should have to pay for it many mounts later. And i think you handled this very bad by just taking my withdrawal and say on email that it had been sent to my bank-account when i has not.

Hi all,

We have checked this player's complaint and we can confirm that the same Transaction in the amount of 608.5 NOK was paid twice for him and that the player was informed accordingly in regards to that.

Unfortunately, the info that the player shared above isn't correct. The player wasn't paid twice the month before, moreover, his first withdrawal was paid in October and due to a mistake from the Provider, the same withdrawal was paid in November again.
(The evidence supporting our claims has also been sent to the AskGamblers Complaint team)

Given the fact that the player never returned the funds for the transaction which was paid twice, 608.5 NOK were removed from his last withdrawal which was in the total amount of 922.4 NOK, and 313.9 NOK were left on the account.

In case the player isn't satisfied with our actions we would also like to encourage him to send additional evidence supporting his claims in order for his complaint to be resolved in the most satisfactory way since we would love to continue our cooperation with him
