Deposits not credited and I want refund for the same


I had made two large sum deposits at casino days via upi (INR 20,000 & INR 19,999) back to back. Both of the deposits were not credited. They assured me, it will be credited in 3 working days. However 3 working days have passed. No response from them. Neither of my account has been credited.

What is the use of depositing on such site when customers like us want to have some fun that moment and these sorts of situations happen, and moreover their payment provider does not credit it and suddenly they tell, to keep waiting?

I request askgamblers team to please help me on this matter. I just need a refund of the same, as the said moment for some casino experience has passed by. And I don't want that money to be deposited on that site. I have lost all deposits I have made there till date. Just want my money back as I am sure they might create verification issues if at all they credit my payment. I want Refunded (INR 20,000 & INR 19,999). Pls help.
