Deposit stuck

Deposited my 2000 rs on 17/6/22 then on 19/6/22depoited 3000rs and again on 19/6/22 deposited 4000rs on casino days.

Amount has been debited from my bank account and has not been added to my playing account.

After asking them they are saying it has been escalated.

But help as am not getting my funds.

Here's the proof below.
