Deposit not credited to my casino days account
Dear sir/ma’am
I had made deposit to my casino days account but didn’t get credited yet, the deposit amount was Rs. 5000 through MobiKwik which was made on (17/June/2022). I contacted the live support team but the issue didn’t get resolved yet, I have been told that I will have to wait up to 24 hrs. But then when I tried to contact them again they said the issue had been escalated to the relevant department. Later they also said (We have all the details needed and the payment provider in India had some problems yesterday when they resolve the problem we will contact you via e-mail. )
So as a customer why should I face the problem with your service provider, to make them your payment provider is your company's choice not mine. Here I am attaching the screenshot of successful transaction from my side, I really hope for your help.
As the support team of the casino replied (A support representative will be reviewing your request and will send you a personal response by June 21 2022 at 01:18 PM UTC.) but then I only had contacted them at their given time then they said:

I would kindly inform you that until now there is no update regarding this. We apologize for the delay, but as soon as we have any update we will inform you right away.
Thank you for your patience and understanding).
And now today’s date is (22/06/2022) but I didn’t get my deposit yet and also no update from their side.
