Deposit not credited to my casino balance yet

Hello,

I made deposit of 10000 INR on 25-June-2021 using UPI deposit method, amount got deducted from my bank account but funds not credited to my account, I contacted live chat and they told it's pending, after couple of hour they said it failed, my funds got deducted from my bank account

Attaching is live chat transcript showing that transaction happened and bank statement showing transaction, any other document needed will be pleased to provide

Hi all,

The player in question had a pending deposit in the amount of 10000 INR made on the 25th of June 2021.

The player claimed that he made the transaction but the funds were pending. That can happen for multiple different reasons but in this case, the transaction wasn't properly completed (the player closed the transaction window without confirming the amount)

Since we have noticed and the Payment Provider also confirmed that the transaction is pending for more than 24 hours we have requested a Bank Statement from the player as Proof of the deposit made to us.
The Bank Statement showing the transaction in question was received on June 27th and it was escalated to the Provider right away.

The very next day, on June 28th we have received a confirmation for the transaction from the Bank Provider and the funds were credited on the players account.
