Casino Days- Deposit not credited to account

Made a deposit of 2490NOK from my LTC wallet to CasinoDays wallet 20.12.2021
From my wallet account it was completed and sent same date but the ammount have not been credited my account.

Made several transactions with no problems earlier with same method.
I asked support to look into it and got several message to be patient and wait approx 24/48 hours.
Nothing happend ----> Next support said to be patient and wait approx 5-7 days.
Nothing happend ----> Next support said to be patient they were investigating it, but would be very soon to fix it.
Nothing happend ----> Next support said to be patient and they had not heard anything from provider yet, but assured me to get it fixed very soon.
Nothing happend ----> Still no ammount credited, have not heard anything from the support, and this is 24 days ago.

Il have sent all information to support with screenshots from transactions, time, date, LTC adress, still no answers.
Now I need help to get this problem fixed.

This player had first contacted us on Dec 13th stating that he's missing a transaction from the day before (Dec 12th) in the amount of 2534.64NOK.
The deposit of coinspaid LTC was escalated to the Provider on the very same day. The player was very cooperative and also sent Proof of the payment made to us.
A few days later after pushing the Provider and re-requesting an update from their side we were informed that the transaction in that amount was already successful.
However, when we informed the player he stated that he never received the funds for the transaction.

We once again contacted the Provider with the screenshot of the transaction but they continued claiming that the deposit was successful
On Feb 21st almost 2 and a half months later the player once again asked for an update, but this time from his explanation we understood that the same invoice was paid twice
(Although our system detected only one transaction, and that transaction was successful on the player's Casino Days Account, the player basically paid twice for it)

Once again we contacted the Provider and we gave them the full explanation from the player. Finally, afterward, the Provider confirmed the transaction.
The confirmation from the Provider was received on March 9th and on the very same day 2557 NOK were returned to the player and he was informed accordingly (funds added with the exchange rate from the date of the transaction)

We really want to apologize to the player for the delay and the prolonged waiting time but, on the other hand, we are also happy that his query was resolved and he received his funds back
