Deposit made but not credited to my account
I made a deposit of 3000₹ to my Casinodays account on 18 Feb through Google Pay and the same wasn't credited to my account.
I have contacted the casino multiple times at regular intervals but no resolution has been made.
First, they said that the deposit has failed and the money will be refunded to my bank account within 14 banking days.
That didn't happen.
Again contacted them, and again they said the same thing and still not received.
Now after 2 months they are saying that they haven't received the amount only and I should contact my bank for the same.
The amount has been debited from my account and the transaction is successful as per Google Pay.
I have also contacted Google play regarding the same and they require me to submit the receiver's bank statement for resolving the issue. Casino Days support is not providing me with the same.
It has been a very frustrating and exhausting process for a mere 3000₹ due to such incompetent customer support of the casino.
