Deposit amount not credited and no response for support emails too
Hi Team,
I have made a deposit of 2200 on August 6 2022. I was told initially that to wait for 24/48 hrs I waited but I did not get any update. Reached out to support chat they asked me to wait for three four days again. After that they again told to wait for 14 days. I waited for 14 days now after thi14 days when I tried to reach them they told they don’t have update. They asked for bank statements I did submit that later they told wait for 24-48 hrs again. I waited but even now they are saying they don’t have updates. Please help out with this the support staff is not responding to my queries I have dropped many emails. They are not updating any status I only have reached out to them when the timeframe is over. I request you to help me with the deposit failed amount.
