Delayed Payments & Verification Process


Dear AskGamblers Team, I signed up for Casino Days on Friday and deposited 500 Euros. I took advantage of the 100% bonus and successfully played it free. I now have several withdrawals in progress. 1x 5000 Euro, 1x 500 Euros, and 1x 1000 Euros. I have sent all documents for verification, ID Card, proof of address, account statement and the payment made as an account statement. My account will not be verified and my withdrawals will not be processed. I got in touch with customer service several times, but did not receive any time information about when my payout will be made. (I have all the chats and Emails as copy) I feel a little cheated and fear that the withdrawal is being deliberately withheld. At Askgamblers the pending time for this casino is stated at 24 hours. The customer Service is already making fun of them and just lies to me.
Ask for your help for a quick payout. Thank you very much.
